In his presentation at the Florida Keys History & Discovery Center, Bob Rich shared the story of his journey to finding a home-away-from-home in Islamorada, Florida.
With his exceptional gift for storytelling, Bob’s tales spanned the decades of his life as a multinational business owner, author and avid sportsman. His love of water and fishing first drew Bob and his family to Islamorada, but the extraordinary people they met and the relationships formed made “the perfect island” their home.
As his stories often do, Bob’s presentation took the audience on a ride through exhilarating fish fights and celebrity encounters to baseball, Broadway and beyond.
